We want to ensure that our carrier, UPS, is closely following the guidance of global health experts as they continue to deliver your packages for us.

Most importantly, experts at both the CDC (U.S. Centers for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization) have stated that the likelihood of catching the COVID-19 virus by touching cardboard or other another shipping container is low.

If you placed an order, we will keep you informed if there is any disruption in your delivery. If you have any other concerns about your package or what we are doing to keep you safe, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us here!

Due to COVID-19 global supply chains have had major delays across multiple sectors of the economy. At SAYOASIS, we have faced sever delays from our suppliers, causing delays in getting our products to our valued customers. We are doing our best to share up-to-date and accurate shipping times with our customers to be as transparent and reliable as possible.

Unless otherwise marked at checkout, all SAYOASIS orders will ship for free! Estimated shipping times will be communicated at checkout, but most products we sell will be processed and shipped within 14 business days.
